Ham And Eggs Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. cooked ham, cubed
    6 hard-boiled eggs, halved
Preparation
    Mix butter and flour to paste.
    Slowly add milk; stir and simmer for 3 minutes.
    Add Cheddar cheese, mustard and Worcestershire.
    Heat until cheese melts.
    Add ham and eggs; heat through.
    Serve over toast or corn muffins.
