Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream (not all)
    1 (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Put bread crumbs on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
