Low-Fat Graham Cracker Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large egg white (unbeaten)
Preparation
    Spray 9 to 10-inch pie pan with light vegetable oil 3 times. Mix ingredients together thoroughly.
    Press into pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
