Pepper Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small to medium head cabbage
    1 sweet bell pepper
    1 carrot
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Chop cabbage and carrot in food chopper.
    Add diced bell pepper.
    Add 1 tsp. salt and cover for one hour.
    In a sauce pan, heat the sugar, vinegar, and water until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Add cooled mixture, celery, and mustard seeds to the cabbage mix. Stir and enjoy.
