Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Yuban coffee
    7 c. sugar
    2 oz. pure vanilla
    1 pt. (180 proof) grain alcohol
Preparation
    Combine coffee with 1 1/2 quarts water.
    Boil for 20 minutes. Strain through a lightly woven cloth.
    Cool.
    Add sugar and bring back to a boil and boil 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool.
    Add vanilla and grain alcohol.
    Serve with cream on ice.
