Puerto Rican Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    garlic
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 oz. jar pimentos
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, then peel and quarter them.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Season with garlic, salt and pepper.
    Top with green peppers, onions, pimentos, cubed cheese and margarine.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
