Ingredients

1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. light corn syrup
3 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chilled whipping cream
4 c. milk
Preparation

Over low heat, melt chocolate with syrup and water.
Add vanilla.
Chill completely.
In cold bowl whip cream.
Gradually fold in chocolate that is cooled.
Refrigerate.
Before serving, put chocolate mixture into mugs, filling to half full.
Heat milk, but don't boil.
Pour over chocolate whipped cream; stir and serve.
