Holiday Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    4 boiled eggs, sliced
    2 c. turkey or chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped livers
    1/2 c. chopped gizzards
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute flour and margarine until golden brown.
    Add chopped vegetables.
    Cook until vegetables become clear.
    Add broth, soup, giblets and sliced eggs.
    Cook slowly for 25 minutes.
    Season to taste.
    Serve over meat and dressing.
