Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cut meat in small portions.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat meat pieces and brown in hot oil in skillet.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add wine, water and undrained mushrooms, onion and parsley. Simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours until tender.
    Add enough water to make 1 1/4 cups liquid.
    Blend cornstarch in 1/4 cup water.
    Stir in and cook until thickened.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
