Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked well, drained and chopped
    2 c. plain stuffing mix
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 well beaten eggs
    3/4 c. soft butter
    1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
    Freeze separately on cookie sheet, then take as many as needed and bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
