Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. chopped chives
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Whip cream cheese and sour cream. Add potatoes and milk if needed.
    Put in shallow pan and spread with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
