Fried Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. hamburger
    1 large chopped onion
    1 large green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. refried beans
    1 c. shredded Jack cheese
    12 tortilla shells
    salsa
    guacamole
    sour cream
Preparation
    Lightly brown hamburger; add onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook until onion is soft.
    Stir in salt, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper and refried beans.
    Cook until heated through.
    Fold in cheese, let cool.
    Place 1/4 filling in center of each shell. Fold one edge over filling, then fold in sides.
    Starting from folded edge, roll up and secure with a toothpick (wooden).
    Pour oil in frying pan over medium heat.
    Add chimichangas and fry; turn.
    Cook until golden brown on all sides.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Spoon salsa, guacamole, sour cream, etc. on chimis.
    Ready to eat.
