1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
7 unbeaten egg yolks
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. mint extract
1 c. egg whites (7)
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
red food coloring
White Butter Frosting (mint flavored)
Preparation

Set oven at 325\u00b0.
Flour 10-inch tube pan, 4 inches deep.
Do not grease pan.
