Strawberry Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. small marshmallows
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    whipped topping (optional)
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle pan with marshmallows.
    Combine flour, sugar, eggs, salad oil, salt, baking powder, milk and vanilla.
    Pour mixture over marshmallows. Mix gelatin with thawed strawberries and pour over cake batter. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
