Mashed Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. diet margarine
    1/4 c. low-fat milk
    pinch of salt (or less if you have to watch your salt)
Preparation
    Rinse and chop the cauliflower into about 1-inch pieces. Steam for 10 to 12 minutes. Put in blender with the same ingredients you would use with mashed potatoes. Blend until consistency is like mashed potatoes. Serves 6 to 8.
