Scallops And Artichokes On Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Knorr Aromat all-purpose seasoning
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    black pepper
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 lb. scallops
    Italian bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    vermicelli noodles
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, wine, oil, onions, garlic, parsley, Knorr seasoning, basil, sugar and pepper.
    Cook 10 minutes or until onions are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until scallops are cooked.
    Turn into ovenproof dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Broil until cheese is slightly brown.
    Serve over noodles (vermicelli).
