Chicken Pizzaiola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breasts and thighs
    4 large baking potatoes, quartered
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can peas, drained
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 large can plum tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Arrange chicken, potatoes, peas, onion and mushrooms in a roasting pan.
    Pour tomatoes over top.
    Add salt, pepper, olive oil and cheese.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
