Hot Pepper Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. carton sour cream
    12 oz. pkg. Monterey Jack hot pepper cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
