Easy Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar thick spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles, uncooked
1 c. tomato juice (amount may vary)
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
1 egg
12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown meat.
Drain and add to sauce.
Mix egg, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
In a large baking dish, spread several spoonfuls of sauce; then alternate layers of noodles, sauce and cheese filling, ending with meat sauce on top. Be sure all noodles are covered.
Sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
Pour tomato juice over top until you see it all around edge.
Seal with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove foil the last 15 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
