Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 small can whole Ortega chilies
    1 tsp. flour
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    Jack or Monterey cheese, sliced 1/4 x 3/4 x 4-inches for each chili
Preparation
    Note:
    For large can of chilies, double recipe.
