Raspberry Ribbon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free raspberry Jell-O
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 large container Cool Whip
fresh raspberries for garnish
Preparation

In medium bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water until crystals are dissolved.
Add the frozen berries and lemon juice.
Stir until berries thaw.
Cover and refrigerate until the mixture mounds when dropped with a spoon.
