Broccoli Cheese Casserle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 chopped onion
    2 pkg. broccoli spears
    1 1/2-inch slice of velveeta cheese (cubed)
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions on package. Cook broccoli until tender (cool). Place cooked rice in ovenware. Mix in onion, soups, and velveeta until blended well. Cut up broccoli and stir in. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
