Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, cooked and mashed
1/2 medium onion, grated fine
buttered bread crumbs
1 stick oleo
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Add oleo
and cheese to hot carrots.
Add the remaining ingredients
and mix well.\tPlace in an 11 x 6-inch casserole. Top with
buttered
bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
