Breakfast Snack - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 pieces bacon
12 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 pkg. English muffins
Preparation

Fry bacon; set aside, crumbled.
Boil eggs; chop.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream.
Halve English muffins.
Mix bacon, eggs and cheese mixture together.
Proportion on each English muffin half.
Place grated cheese (any kind) over each muffin.
Heat in oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes until cheese melts. Good to freeze.
