Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
In medium saucepan, heat water and margarine to boiling.
Stir in flour and salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring vigorously, until mixture leaves side of pan. Remove from heat.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until mixture is smooth and glossy.
Spoon 6 mounds, about 3-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Split and remove any filaments of soft dough.
Fill as desired.
