Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up fryer or chicken parts
    1 c. uncooked rice (Minute)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 envelope onion soup mix (dry)
Preparation
    Grease a large 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Combine cream soups and heat until mixed.
    Add rice and pour over bottom of baking dish.
    Place raw chicken pieces on the rice mixture.
    Sprinkle chicken with dry onion soup mix.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Uncover and let brown a little, about 15 minutes.
