Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. fruit cocktail, undrained
Preparation
    Blend sugar, eggs and fruit cocktail.
    Add salt, soda and flour.
    Stir until well mixed, no need to beat.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar with 1 cup peanuts.
