Lentil Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lentils
    2 small onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    6 celery ribs, chopped
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2/3 c. oats, rolled (raw)
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. almonds, chopped
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. sea salt
    1 Tbsp. basil
    4 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Cook the lentils in 3 pints of water for 1 hour.
    Saute onions, garlic and celery in a little oil until tender.
    Mix with lentils.
    Add seasonings and other ingredients.
    Mix well and put into 2 oiled loaf pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or more.
    Serve plain or with tomato sauce or hot sauce.
