Salmon With Asparagus Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 c. cooked chopped asparagus
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    2 tsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    10 oz. salmon
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, heat oil.
    Add garlic; saute.
    In blender, add asparagus, garlic, salt and pepper; process until smooth.
    Set aside.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard; spread on fillet.
    Transfer to an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan (nonstick).
    Add wine and bake fish until flaky, about 15 minutes.
    Remove pan from oven.
    Turn over and broil.
    Spread asparagus puree over fish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Broil just until heated.
