Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    ingredients,
    except
    pastry
    shell, in a saucepan;
    cook
    over medium heat until butter melts, stirring constantly.
    Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for
    10
    minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 45 minutes or until set.
    Yields 1 (9-inch) pie.
