Crunchy Coated Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. cornflakes, crumbled
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 small potatoes, peeled and quartered
Preparation
    Place oleo in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Microwave on Full power for 30 to 45 seconds or until melted.
    Combine cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, minced onion and salt in small bowl.
    Coat potatoes with butter and roll in crumb mixture.
    Place in baking dish and cover with paper towel.
    Microwave on Full power for 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are just tender. Allow to stand 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
