Kim'S Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
dash of pepper
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
1/2 c. Parmesan
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine; mix in spinach, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
In bowl, mix all wet ingredients and Parmesan cheese. Add sauteed onion mixture.
Pour into pie shell (deep dish).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
