Quick Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. curry powder (or to taste)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and bring to a light boil in a saucepan.
Turn to low and let simmer (stirring occasionally) for 30 minutes.
Serve over hot rice with a variety of toppings such as peanuts, coconut, raisins, mandarin oranges and pineapple.
