Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in heavy saucepan.
Add oil and water. Cook 3 minutes or until mixture pulls away from pan.
