Johnna'S Breakfast Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 slices cheese
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, melt butter.
    Stir in sugar and add cheese that has been cut in small pieces.
    Let come to a slow boil and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on low.
    Stir often so it won't scorch. Spread on toast or biscuits.
    Also good for an after school snack.
