Shrimp, Avocado And Grapefruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. capers
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of red pepper
1 lb. fresh cooked shrimp
3 or 4 ripe avocados
2 or 3 pink grapefruit
1 head of lettuce
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in peeled and deveined shrimp.
Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Drain shrimp; reserving marinade sauce to be use as salad dressing.
Make individual salads by placing large leaf on salad plate; cut remaining lettuce in strips and place on top of leaf. Arrange shrimp in center; alternate slices of avocados and pink grapefruit around shrimp.
Used reserved marinade sauce as dressing.
