Christmas Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 slices bread
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 strips bacon or ham can be used
Preparation

Cut bread into pieces; mix with cheese.
Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Stir in salt, pepper and mustard.
Pour this over bread and cheese.
Mix fried bacon pieces or ham through and sprinkle some on top (I use more bacon and ham for top).
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, for 50 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve at once.
