Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Sift flour, sugar and salt together in a large mixing bowl (set aside).
In saucepan put 1 stick margarine, 1/2 cup shortening, 3 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup water.
Bring to a rapid boil and pour at once over flour and sugar, mix, stir well.
Add 2 eggs to mixture and mix well.
Add 1 teaspoon soda to 1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk, 1 tsp vanilla and add to mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into a 16 X 11 or 12 X 18 inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
