Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chopped hot peppers
2 c. vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 bottle Certo
1/4 tsp. food coloring (red or green)
Preparation

Boil sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper all together for 10 minutes; set aside for 5 minutes.
Add Certo and food coloring if desired.
Pour in hot jars and seal.
Really good with dressing and meats; hot.
