Oreo Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    23 Oreo cookies
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 sq. bitter chocolate
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    Cool Whip
    1 c. salted peanuts
Preparation
    Crush Oreos with a rolling pin.
    Mix with butter and pat into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cook chocolate, evaporated milk, egg and sugar.
    Spread over cookies.
    Spoon 1/2 gallon ice cream over mixture.
    Spread large container Cool Whip over ice cream. Sprinkle peanuts over Cool Whip.
    Store in freezer.
