Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine (melted)
2 cans creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2 eggs
Preparation

In a large bowl, add melted butter, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, corn muffin mix and eggs.
Mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Left over easy to freeze.
May be microwaved later and used.
