Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium-large potatoes, peeled and boiled in salt water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and onion powder.
    Whip until fluffy, adding a little milk if necessary.
    Spread in buttered 13 x 9-inch dish or pan. Refrigerate or freeze until needed.
    When ready to bake, drizzle melted margarine over top and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 15.
