Pierogi Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks melted butter
    1 large onion
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 box lasagna noodles
    1 box instant mashed potatoes
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Take 1/2 stick butter, saute onion in this.
    Pan-fry sauerkraut in other 1/2 stick of butter until soft.
    Cook lasagna noodles al dente.
    Make mashed potatoes according to package directions for 6 to 8 servings.
