Chicken-Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. olive oil
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. parsley or celery
1/4 c. garlic
3 tsp. salt
cayenne pepper to taste
4 lb. chicken, browned
2 lb. thinly sliced smoked sausage
3 c. long grain rice
3 c. water
2 c. chicken stock
Preparation

Saute first 4 ingredients.
Add rest of ingredients.
Cook until rice is done.
