"Longwood Tearoom" Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Pet milk, chilled and whipped
    3/4 c. sugar
    juice of 2 lemons
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation
    Whip canned milk until stiff.
    Add sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind, beating good.
    Sprinkle vanilla wafer crumbs in bottom of freezer dish of tray.
    Pour lemon mixture on top of crumbs. Sprinkle a few crumbs on top of lemon.
    Place in freezer until firm.
