Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt.
    Wash rice\tand
    arrange on bottom of casserole and put chicken on top
    of
    rice with skin side up. Add soup and water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes or until chicken
    is
    brown.
    Cover with foil
    and\tcook
    until chicken and rice are tender and sauce thickened.
    If
    rice\tis dry, add a little water.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
