Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar (beat into eggs)
    flavoring
    nutmeg
    2 c. milk
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat sugar into slightly beaten eggs.
    Add flavoring and nutmeg.
    Scald 2 cups milk.
    Pour slowly into eggs.
    Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
