Tangy Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. instant onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Soak bread in milk and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Shape into small balls and brown in shortening.
Drain meatballs on paper towel and pour grease from frypan.
In the same pan, prepare the Sauce.
