King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 hen or fryer, boiled and boned
1 c. broth
garlic salt
chili powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion*
1 bell pepper*
1 large pkg. tortillas, cut in triangles
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chiles
1 lb. grated cheese

Preparation

*Can saute these in 1 stick oleo.
