Smothered Pork Chops And Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large pork chops, cut off of bone
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and largely cubed
1 large onion, chopped
Tony Chachere's seasoning to taste
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

In large dutch oven, saute onions in oil.
Add meat.
Cover with lid and cook, stirring occasionally until the meat is done. Add sweet potatoes.
Cook with lid on until potatoes are done.
